Be Ready

Be Ready by President Henry B. Eyring remindes us that we need to be ready and so we need to prepare. He says that "The preparation is to be ready to go and do whatever the Lord wants done as the world is preparing for His coming. None of us knows exactly what those errands will be. But we know what it will take to be ready, so each of us can prepare."

I know a lot of time is wasted because we put off the promptings to act now for another day. Then they are lost and wasted. Elder Scott in his talk, which I mentioned in an earlier post, told us that we must ask to learn more and only when we do that can further insights be revealed. If we put off completing the first inspirations that we have recieved, how can we get more? While I say this my thoughts were directed to the notebook I keep of inspirations, and I need to check my own list ;)
